Are you interested in business development, sales strategies and their implementation?

Are you enthusiastic about the healthcare sector and have you already gained some experience in this field?

Digitalisation is part of your DNA and the strategic development of digital innovations and software sounds exciting?

Do you like to take responsibility for your own activities and proactively get fully involved?

The team develops sales channels and strategies as well as sales-supporting digital solutions globally in the incontinence product area at HARTMANN and accompanies the process from strategy definition to implementation in a country company.

To support the team, we are looking for an intern at the location in Heidenheim.

**Your area of responsibility**:

- Collaboration in an internationally operating team in the development of sales channel and digital strategies
- Carrying out competition and market analyses as well as scouting for trends in the field of (digital) healthcare to derive new approaches and solutions
- Taking over own activities and driving own sub-projects in the area of Sales Development and Business Solutions (together with experienced colleagues)
- Assistance in the preparation of management meetings

**What we look for**:

- Interest in new business ideas
- Creative and full of innovative spirit, analytically strong and enjoy understanding and simplifying complex issues
- High level of cooperation and communication skills
- Confident in using collaboration tools / online whiteboards such as Mural, Miro would be an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
