Als gemeinnütziger Verein stellen wir den fachlichen Austausch des Personalmanagements, sowohl der DAX-Konzerne als auch kleiner und mittelständischer Unternehmen in Deutschland und international, sicher. Ergänzend führen wir Events in Form von Kompetenzforen, Netzwerktreffen und Jahrestagungen durch. In Kooperation mit Hochschulen und Universitäten erstellen wir zudem Fachstudien und bieten weitere Services, wie zum Beispiel Interim-Management oder Stellenbörsen, für unsere Mitglieder an. Darüber hinaus sind wir Herausgeber der Fachzeitschrift Personalführung.
