Wir suchen einen Mitarbeiter **Sales/Business Development** für unser Team in Berlin. Du wirst uns dabei unterstützen, vielversprechende Leads zu identifizieren und zu verfolgen. Außerdem wird es in deinem Aufgabenbereich liegen, passende Marketing-Tools zu finden und zu implementieren sowie die Ergebnisse auszuwerten.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Leads und potenzielle Kunden identifizieren und kontaktieren
- Unsere Online-Präsenz und Reichweite (z.B. durch Social-Media-/Blogposts) bezogen auf unsere Zielgruppe erweitern
- Marketing
- und Sales-Prozesse etablieren und entsprechende Tools implementieren
- Unterstützung beim Aufsetzen neuer Einnahmekanäle mit skalierbaren Lösungen für die Unternehmensentwicklung

- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du lernst gern Neues und findest kreative Lösungen für Probleme
- Du bringst ein wenig Vorerfahrung mit, ebenso wie viel Motivation und Lernbereitschaft
- Du packst direkt mit an und hast keine Angst vor Herausforderungen
- Du bist gut organisiert

- Niederländische Sprachkenntnisse
- Vorerfahrung mit SEO, Marketing, CRM-Systemen
