Wir suchen eine:n engagierte:n und erfahrene:n Mitarbeiter:in als Solution Designer Monitoring AIOps, die/der die Entwicklung und Implementierung unserer AIOps-Strategie für unsere Service-Organisation vorantreibt. In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeitest du eng mit Business Analysts, Service-Manager:innen und Service Owners zusammen, um innovative und effiziente AIOps-Lösungen zu entwerfen und umzusetzen. Dein Beitrag wird entscheidend sein, um unsere Serviceprozesse zu optimieren und durch den Einsatz von Monitoring-Technologien und Automatisierungstechnologien auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwurf und Implementierung von AIOps-Strategien und -Lösungen an der Schnittstelle zwischen Monitoring und Event Management, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse unserer Service-Organisation zugeschnitten sind
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service Owners, Service-Manager:innen und Business Analysts, um ein tiefes Verständnis der Geschäftsprozesse und Anforderungen zu gewährleisten
  • Analyse von Servicedaten, um Trends zu identifizieren und proaktive Lösungen zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität und Effizienz zu entwickeln
  • Kontinuierliche Bewertung neuer Technologien und Methoden im Bereich AIOps und deren Integration in unsere bestehenden Prozesse
Dein Profil

Was du mitbringen solltest.

  • Studium mit informationstechnischem oder betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Design von Softwarelösungen im Bereich Monitoring
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse hinsichtlich Monitoring-Tools wie checkMK, ElasticCloud, Dynatrace oder vergleichbaren Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Erfahrungen in der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
  • Hohes Maß an selbstständigem und eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Organisationstalent und Hands-On-Mentalität
