Die Abteilung Study Support and International Affairs der TUM School of Management mit den Teams Admissions, Grade Management und International Office unterstützt die Studierenden und Promovierenden der School während ihres gesamten Studienzyklus.

Program Coordinator/ Mitarbeiter Grade Management (m/w/d)


  • Information von Studierenden zu prüfungsbezogenen Anfragen
  • administrative Aufgaben wie z. B. Notenmeldungen, Annahme von Abschlussarbeiten, die Koordination des Projektstudiums, Erstellung von Praktikumsempfehlungen und anderen Bescheinigungen oder die Anerkennung von Studienleistungen
  • selbstständige Pflege des Campusmanagementsystems sowie von internen Dokumenten und Merkblättern
  • Mitarbeit am Student Hub der School als zentralem Anlaufpunkt für alle Studierendenanfragen
  • inhaltliche Recherchen und Erstellen von Präsentationen
  • enge Zusammenarbeit und standortübergreifender Austausch mit allen Program Coordinators im Team
  • Übernahme von verschiedenen Sonderaufgaben im Rahmen von Projekten nach Bedarf

  • abgeschlossene, einschlägige Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium
  • idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Assistenz- oder Verwaltungsbereich im Hochschul- bzw. Wissenschaftsumfeld oder der öffentlichen Verwaltung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an der Kommunikation mit Studierenden
  • sehr sorgfältige, gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität und Belastbarkeit
  • Serviceorientiertheit, Engagement und eine offene, verbindliche Art im Kontakt mit Studierenden aus aller Welt
  • Spaß an interner und externer Kommunikation und der Arbeit im Team
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, dich schnell in weitere Tools und Programme einzuarbeiten
  • idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem CRM- oder Studierendenverwaltungssystem
