We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for managing various projects and ensuring their successful execution.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the scientific management of projects.
  • Oversee project management tasks, including tracking milestones, deliverables, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of project activities, reports, and protocols.
  • Conduct budget inquiries and prepare financial reports.
  • Independently organize and coordinate site visits, scientific workshops, technical meetings, and colloquia, while supporting the execution of these scientific events.
  • Represent the institute at various events and act as a liaison for partners across the region.

Your Profile:

We are looking for candidates with a successfully completed university degree in a STEM field, business administration, or a related discipline. Previous professional experience or a completed Ph.D. is advantageous.

Essential skills include:

  • Proficiency in German and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication and moderation skills, with a knack for networking.
  • A proactive, diligent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management software and LaTeX is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, confident presentation abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
