Für unsere Gesellschaft suchen wir: Business Development Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben: Als Business Development Manager bist Du verantwortlich für den Vertrieb und Ausbau der Kunden gekoppelt mit Marketing-Aktivitäten der TPMD verstärkt im Bereich Medical Device Services Du bist am Standort Karlsruhe oder Bad Kissingen mitverantwortlich für die Einführung sowie die Weiterentwicklung von einer CRM-Software zur Unterstützung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten Im Rahmen des internationalen Netzwerkes der Tentamus Group stehst Du im Austausch mit Schwesterunternehmen aus dem Bereich Medical Devices zur Realisation von Cross-Selling Synergien Du koordinierst Marketingmaßnahmen, wie internationale Messen/Konferenzen oder Workshops, und knüpfst darüber neue Kontakte Du entwickelst neu gewonnene Kontakte und baust diese mit Unterstützung der internen Fachexperten zu Kunden aus Du wertest Marketing- und Vertriebsdaten aus, erstellst Wettbewerbs- sowie Marktanalysen und leitest darauf übergreifende Handlungsempfehlungen ab Bei einem weiteren Ausbau des Business Development Teams würden wir Dich gerne als Teamleitung ausbilden Was solltest Du mitbringen: Deine Basis bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium, z.B. Chemie, Biochemie, instrumentelle Analytik, ggfls. auch Lebensmittel oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung Darauf aufbauend konntest Du 1 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Business Development, Key Account Management, Sales oder Marketing sammeln Idealerweise hast Du bereits Berührungspunkte mit Prüflaboren für Medizinprodukte gehabt Des Weiteren besitzt Du gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen (speziell Excel und deren Funktionen) sowie optional in CRM Neben exzellenten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten zeichnest Du Dich durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke aus Zusätzlich zu einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative sind Dir Lösungsorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit wichtig Du hast eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität und stehst für unternehmerisches Denken mit einer Leidenschaft, etwas zu bewegen Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Was bieten wir Dir: Flache Hierarchien, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima Flexible Arbeitszeiten & Möglichkeit für Home-Office je nach Bereich und Position Die Unternehmenskultur ist geprägt von Offenheit, Zusammenarbeit und Innovation Einen eigenen Firmenlaptop und Arbeitshandy Ein internationales Umfeld mit einem breit gefächerten Aufgabengebiet Konnten wir Dein Interesse wecken?
