Das Team SAP Konzernlösungen konzentriert sich auf die SAP-Plattform und die SAP-Anwendungen für den SWM Konzern, inkl. der Konzerntöchter und der Konzernmutter, und damit auf alle SAP-Entwicklungen mit Ausnahme von BI-Themen. Mit ca. 40 Kolleg*innen unterstützen wir nachhaltig die Geschäftsprozesse im Konzern und verbessern diese. Wir setzen Technologien und Methoden gemäß einer langfristigen und nachhaltigen Strategie ein. Die Strategie wird gemäß den Erfordernissen der Anforderungen aus den Fachabteilungen kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt.

Du kannst uns gerne mitteilen, mit welcher Wochenarbeitszeit du dir vorstellen kannst, bei uns zu arbeiten. Die Mindeststundenanzahl für die Position beträgt 35 pro Woche.

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für den Aufbau von hybriden Systemlandschaften und Software-Architekturen
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Integration von System- und Software-Architekturen, die Prozesse von der Mobil-App über die Cloud zu On-Premise Systemen realisieren
  • Integration von SAP Backend-Systemen mittels einer hybriden Plattformintegration mit einer Vielzahl existierender und neuer Anwendungen unter Sicherstellung von Datensicherheit, Datenkonsistenz und Robustheit der Prozesse
  • Selbständige Umsetzung der Lösungen im Team; Berater der Softwareentwickler*innen und der Fachbereiche
  • Beobachtung neuer technologischer Entwicklungen und Frameworks in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Mitarbeit an technologischen Richtlinien zur Entwicklung und Architektur, Abstimmung der Richtlinien mit anderen Architekten, Definition als Technologiestandard
Damit überzeugst du uns
  • Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich; Langjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Softwaredesign
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Softwaresysteme und Infrastrukturen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Software Engineering und Softwaremodellierung (UML) und Prozessmodellierung (z.B. BPMN)
  • Erfahrungen mit der Betreuung eines Produktes vom Design bis zum End-of-Life
  • Neugier und Interesse gegenüber dir unbekannten Themen (z.B. SAP-Architekturen, Cloud-Integrationsszenarien, etc.)
  • Erfahrung mit der Prüfung von neuen Programmierkonzepten und Frameworks; Interesse an aktuellen IT-Trends
