  • Leitung des gesamten Ausschreibungsprozesses: von der Erstellung und Entwicklung von Angeboten bis hin zur Terminkoordination, Datenpflege und Prozessdokumentation
  • Führung des internen Genehmigungsverfahrens im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmensstandards.
  • Proaktive Verfolgung von Meilensteinen und zeitgerechte Initiierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Koordination der internen und externen Stakeholder.
  • Bearbeitung fachlicher und allgemeiner Anfragen sowie in- und externer Korrespondenz.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Angebotsprozesse und des Wissensmanagements durch Analysen und „Best Practices“.
  • Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und von Lieferantenportalen als Erstkontakt zu potenziellen Auftraggebern.
  • Übernahme der Funktion eines Account Managers zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen On-Boardings und der Erstellung von Implementierungsplänen.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Wirtschafts- bzw. Geisteswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Leitung von Ausschreibungsprozessen oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten gepaart mit ausgeprägten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten
  • Analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
