Unser Unternehmen, führend im Bereich des Business Caterings, sucht einen engagierten Operations Manager, der unser Team mit Leidenschaft und Professionalität verstärkt. In dieser Rolle bist du die treibende Kraft hinter dem reibungslosen Ablauf im Bereich Business Catering, verantwortlich für die Teamleitung im Office, die Qualitätskontrolle, das Beschwerdemanagement und die Optimierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe.

Anstellungsart: Vollzeit


Aufgaben
  • Führung und Koordination des Personals im Office, einschließlich Arbeitsvorbereitung, Organisation und Überwachung
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für alle Belange des Teams sowie Verantwortung für das Beschwerdemanagement
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Koordination der Mitarbeiter zur Sicherstellung unseres bärlifood Standards
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Einführung und Schulung von Standards und Kontrolle auf deren Einhaltung
  • Verantwortlich für die kontinuierliche Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in allen Arbeitsabläufen

Profil
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Position mit operativer Verantwortung, idealerweise im Catering- Gastgewerbe oder Hotellerie
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
  • Sicheres, durchsetzungsstarkes und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Hervorragende Fähigkeiten im Bereich Problemlösung und Beschwerdemanagement
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit Selbstsicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit
