You will be working with smart, diverse, international teams solving genuinely complex problems.Financially, the company offers a healthy compensation package with great benefits (generous annual leave, hybrid working, comprehensive private health insurance, generous pension, extensive parental leave, volunteer days) but more importantly you will receive stock / company equity (SRUs) to be able to benefit from their hyper growth.About the RoleTheir legal team is looking for a skilled Senior Employment Lawyer / Employee Relations Counsel.Responsibilities include:Serve as a trusted advisor to the HR team, executives, and managers.Provide strategic, risk-based legal counsel on hiring, terminations, employee rights, pay transparency and global expansion.Efficiently and effectively resolve legal disputes, working closely with HR and external counsel.Partner with HR to create and implement global initiatives.Conduct and advise on confidential internal investigations.Collaborate to streamline processes related to creating and updating policies, employment-related agreements, and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws.Mentor junior legal colleagues and members of the HR team.Requirements:We are looking for an Employment Lawyer or Employee Relations Manager with background in employment law, with at least 5 years of experience but preferable more.Ideally you have worked for an international company and it's essential that you are fluent in English.You have excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills and are able to build trust and communicate with empathy with a diverse range of people.You are a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and managing multiple projects at once.You have a global, agile, and curious mindset and an ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve complex problems.This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise in a growing global organisation.
