Antitrust LawyerLocation: MunichOur client is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with expertise in antitrust law to provide strategic legal support on competition matters and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will advise on merger control, manage legal risks, and contribute to the development of compliance frameworks and training across global operations.Key Responsibilities:Advise on complex antitrust and competition law issues across international business activities.Support M&A transactions, including merger control filings and regulatory reviews.Develop and implement global antitrust compliance programs and training.Manage internal investigations and ensure compliance with competition regulations.Deliver clear, solution-oriented advice to internal stakeholders and management.Oversee external counsel and ensure effective case management.Your Profile:Qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials (state exams or equivalent international qualification).Several years of experience in antitrust or competition law within a law firm, corporation, or authority.Expertise in merger control and competition law with sound commercial insight.International exposure (e.g., LL.M. or work abroad) is an advantage.Independent, proactive, and communicative working style.Fluent in English and German.What We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits.Professional development and learning opportunities.Flexible working arrangements and generous leave.A collaborative, international legal environment focused on excellence and innovation.
