By repurposing geological formations that either naturally contain CO₂ or are designated for carbon capture and storage (CCS), we transform passive storage sites into active, sustainable energy resources. Your mission is to take ownership of process and cycle calculations and optimizations. This role will be central to project assessments and initiation, working in multidisciplinary teams to advance early-phase project development and technical validation.Your main tasks: Support project assessments and feasibility studiesPerform process and cycle calculations and optimizationsLead the design and specification of top surface equipmentCollaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teamsConduct risk and safety assessmentsDrive continuous improvement of the cycle performanceWhat you bring: Master’s degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related fieldProficiency with engineering software (e.g., Aspen/HYSYS, Ebsilon, Pro II, ProMax) and ability to interpret P&IDs, PFDs, and HBDsRecent graduates are welcome — practical experience through internships or working student positions is expectedStrong analytical skills and a structured working styleAbility to manage tasks independently and deliver on timeExcellent written & spoken English; German is a plus What we offer: Competitive Salary 30 days of vacation Direct leadership access Direct and measurable impactFlexible working time Not ticking every box?
