With our premium pumps and dosing systems under the brands Almatec®, Quattroflow®, Hydro and Quantex, we are well positioned and successful in key markets such as hygiene, biotech, food, water, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and energy.As part of our growing Service and Test Team, we are looking for aField Service & Validation Engineer (m/f/d) to join us in Duisburg as soon as possible. You will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales partners across Europe with technical service, product validation and hands-on troubleshooting. Based in Duisburg, you will collaborate closely with our Application Engineering and Sales teams to deliver fast, reliable solutions and help shape our future service organization. Your responsibilities:Provide remote and on-site support for commissioning, maintenance and minor repairs of our pump systemsConduct product testing and validation in our R&D labs at the Duisburg siteDiagnose technical issues and assist with product configuration and system optimizationPlan service routes and coordinate appointments with customers independentlyDocument service activities and performance data (service reports, test logs)Act as a technical contact for customers and sales partners, ensuring high service quality and responsivenessDeliver product training and technical support in-house or on-siteContribute to the development of our service structures and processes Your profile:Certified technician in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or electrical engineering, or equivalent qualificationMinimum 2 years of experience in field service, testing or technical support for industrial equipmentSolid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to read technical drawings and schematics (CAD, P&ID)Experience in cleanroom environments or biopharma applications is an advantageStrong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and organize service schedulesFluent in English; German language skills are a plusWillingness to travel across Europe; valid driver’s license required We offer:Excellent international development opportunitiesCompetitive compensation with participation in company successFlexible working hours (flexitime and mobile work options)Company service vehicle for field operationsFree parking at the siteEmployee events (summer party, Christmas celebration)Option to lease a company bicycleFree beverages and fresh fruit30 days of vacationCompany pension scheme#LI-PJ1#SWE All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, age, genetic information or any other legally protected status.Interested?
