Responsibilities:
* You are responsible for sales, business development, and relationship management for Germany Operator partner
* You develop and implement promotional plans to deliver against sales KPIs (revenue & volume)
* You obtain trust and foster deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration
* You manage day-to-day customer engagement, resolve challenges, and ensure business continuity
* You regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales
* You acquire a systematic understanding of partners’ ongoing requirements to drive ‘win-wins’
* You ensure stock control, accurate sales forecasting, and align intake plans
* You plan, track, and control account investment and budgets
* You support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives
* You become the expert for the company’s products, services, and propositions and effectively communicate them to partners/key customers
* You coordinate the quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations
* You create detailed account plans; sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring, achievement vs. targets, account dynamics
* You own cross-functional relationships; sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM, and portfolio (internal/external)
