Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung von Überweisungsaufträgen einschließlich Überprüfung und Gebührenerhebung
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungsavisen und ein- und ausgehenden Ummeldungen (Eingabe, Buchung, Löschung aus der Datenbank, Ablage, Prüfung), Steuerunterlagen und Kundenkommunikation (Zusammenarbeit mit Client Services)
  • Bearbeitung und Analyse von Not-In-Good-Order-Arbeitsposten
  • Verbesserung der Kontrollen
  • Identifizierung von Prozessverbesserungen aus der Perspektive der Initiierung und Prüfung

Ihr Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in der Transferabwicklung
  • Kenntnisse über Prozesse und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserungen
  • fließend Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse
  • hohes Maß an Qualitätssicherung und Risikobewusstsein verfügen
