Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vollumfängliche Recherche und Beantwortung von Beschwerden aller Art unter stetiger Einhaltung unserer Beschwerdegrundsätze, inklusive aller Beschwerden, die an die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin), den Ombudsmann oder an unsere Geschäftsführung gerichtet sind
  • Eigenverantwortliche Beantwortung von Anfragen und Beschwerden zu steuerlichen Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Fachbereich „Steuern und Meldewesen“
  • Vollständige Bearbeitung und Beantwortung aller Anfragen und Beschwerden zu Active Consent Erstattungsverlangen und AGB-/PLV-Widersprüchen
  • Sicherstellung und Ausführung des Ex-Ante-Depotkündigungsprozesses
  • Meldung von Risiken und potentiellen Schadensfällen in Abstimmung mit der Teamleitung
  • NPS - Net Promoter Score, Analyse des Feedbacks, pro-aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit teilnehmenden Berater:innen
  • Objektive und angemessene Analyse aller Beschwerden im Einklang mit Grundsätzen und Verfahren der Beschwerdebearbeitung
  • Ordnungsgemäße Erstellung und rechtzeitige Übermittlung aller Beschwerdereports, inklusive des jährlichen BaFin-Beschwerdeberichts, sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Reportings
  • Ausarbeitung und Begleitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur Beschwerdevermeidung, zur Verbesserung des Kundenerlebnisses und zur Optimierung interner Prozesse und Systeme
  • Mitarbeit in verschiedenen Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bankkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und/oder Beschwerdemanagement
  • Kenntnisse über steuerrelevante Themen
  • fließend Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse
