  • Kommunikation bzgl. Readiness (Order Confirmation, etc.)
  • Erstellung OOR (Open Order Report)
  • Beantwortung von Kundenfragen (bzw. weiterleiten oder intern klären und antworten)
  • Säuberung von Kontakten im System (Navision)
  • Kundenanfragen bzgl. Forecast, sowie Überarbeitung/ Sync
  • Kundenanfragen bzgl. Incoterms (FCA, etc.)
  • Vorbereitung von Tabellen (neue Bestellungen, Verschiebungen)
  • Nach Demo: Definition von Prozessen
  • Sonstige diverse Admin-Tasks

  • After demo: Definition of processes
  • Other various admin tasks
Requirements
  • Organisiertes Arbeiten
  • Professionelles, freundliches Auftreten > Kundenorientierung
  • MS Kenntniss (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
  • Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch
  • Von Vorteil: sonstige Erfahrung im Kundenbereich und mit Systemen
