Customer Success Manager

Your Responsibilities:
  • Actively cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients across various sectors
  • Boost client satisfaction by offering expert guidance and advocating for our software solutions
  • Work in tandem with sales, marketing, support, and product development teams to relay customer feedback
  • Facilitate upselling opportunities, mitigate cancellations, and deliver comprehensive customer training
  • Articulate product features and advantages to clients
  • Assist in the establishment and upkeep of an internal knowledge base
Your Profile:
  • Proven experience in customer management or project oversight, ideally within the software sector
  • Understanding of customer success metrics and tools such as Pendo
  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and consulting proficiency
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
