**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at our Neunkirchen location. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing and developing our customers from various industries and markets. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and analyzing customer potential, and developing targeted strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Providing expert advice to customers, ensuring they get the most out of our software, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, support, and product development teams to share customer knowledge and insights, and drive customer-centric decision-making.
- Developing and implementing customer success plans, including regular check-ins, training, and support to ensure customers achieve their goals.
- Staying up-to-date with new product features and their value proposition, and communicating this to customers to increase adoption and satisfaction.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Several years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in software or a related field.
- Practical experience with Pendo and knowledge of CSM metrics.
- Excellent organizational skills, high-level consulting expertise, and a professional demeanor to effectively communicate with customers and represent the company.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
- Strong teamwork and hands-on mentality to drive team success.
- A willingness to learn and grow, with a focus on performance-oriented self-reflection.
