DIRECTOR OF SALES - Catering Healthcare & Senior Living (m/w/d) /Remote

Aufgaben- Führung des Vertriebsteams im Health Care Sektor und Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Vertriebsziele
- Entwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien und -plänen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes
- Analyse von Markt- und Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftschancen
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu potenziellen und bestehenden Kunden
- Erstellung von Verkaufsprognosen, Vertriebsbudgets und Reports für die Geschäftsleitung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, davon mindestens 2 Jahre in einer Führungsposition
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und Kontakte im Health Care Bereich (Krankenhäuser & Seniorenheime)
- Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Vertriebsprozessen und -systemen
- Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz und Teamorientierung
- sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
