As our VP of Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in building revenue, partnerships, and market positioning, driving Dunia toward its first seven-figure success.

At Dunia, you’ll work at the edge of technology, bringing game-changing products to life in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
Tasks- Build and Execute the Commercial Strategy: Define Dunia’s go-to-market approach, refine our offering, identifying high-impact opportunities for our platform in existing and emerging markets.
- Drive Revenue: Establish and grow Dunia’s first significant revenue streams by landing key customers and scaling partnerships.
- Own Customer Relationships: Lead outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building with commercial partners, ensuring long-term value creation.
- Position Dunia in the Market: Sharpen our commercial narrative and expand brand recognition with target customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate Across Teams to inform our Product Roadmap: Work closely with R&D, product, and operations teams to align technical capabilities with market needs.
- Build a High-Performance Team: Scale and lead a commercial organization that thrives on ambition, accountability, and customer impact.
- Commercial Leader: You have 10+ years of experience driving revenue growth in deep tech, chemicals, advanced materials, or climate tech. Previous CCO or VP-level experience is a plus.
- Strategic and Hands-On: You can shape a vision, build a strategy, and roll up your sleeves to make it happen.
- Customer Obsessed: Proven ability to land and grow high-value partnerships, navigating complex commercial landscapes.
- Market Expert: Deep understanding of B2B sales in industrial or science-driven sectors. Experience in electrochemical and/or catalytic process technology is a plus.
- Startup Mindset: You have a track record in navigating fast-paced environments with high ambiguity, are adaptable, and bring entrepreneurial energy to scaling a business.
