Was erwartet dich?
- Verantwortung für die Gewinnung, Bindung und strategische Entwicklung unserer B2B-Kunden
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner/in in deiner Region betreust Du die bestehenden Kunden und baust Dein Netzwerk selbstständig zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden aus
- Von der ersten telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss bist Du für Deine Kunden der vertriebliche Ansprechpartner/in
- Durchführung der strategischen und operativen Verkaufsplanung anhand der zentralen Zielvorgaben
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit dem Vertriebsleiter in Deutschland
- Konzeptionelle Mitwirkung in Standort- und funktionsübergreifenden Projekten der Zentrale
Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder kaufmännischen Beruf
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb und hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Du agierst außerdem verlässlich, belastbar und bist gut organisiert
- Eine positive Ausstrahlung, Kontaktfreudigkeit sowie ein hohes Energielevel zeichnen Dich aus
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit Office und CRM-Systemen wird vorausgesetzt
- Führerschein Klasse B
