Wir bieten ab sofort eine Voll- oder Teilzeitstelle als Assistenz im Bereich der Entwicklungsleitung an unserem Hauptstandort in Ilmenau (Thüringen).

Aufgaben

Unsere Marke pCon steht für ein vielfältiges Portfolio an Software- und Servicelösungen für Produktkonfiguration, Innenarchitektur und Visualisierungen. Als Assistenz unser Head of Development unterstützen Sie bei der Organisation und Koordinierung des Produktmanagements und der Entwicklungsabteilung.
Im Einzelnen erwartet Sie folgendes:

  • Definition, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Workflows
  • Administrative Betreuung unserer Entwicklungssysteme (GitLab, Sentry)
  • Planung, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und kleineren Veranstaltungen sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Projekten
Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medientechnologie oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Motivation, an technischen Themen mitzuwirken
  • Kommunikationstalent mit sehr guten sowie anwendungsbereiten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen
  • Sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen mit Weitblick und Kreativität sowie Organisationsgeschick mit der Fähigkeit, Projekte eigenständig und zielorientiert voranzutreiben
