Tasks

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Leitung und Erweiterung eines Teams von Inbound-Verkäufern zur Neukundengewinnung.
  • Proaktive Unterstützung Ihres Teams, um Verkaufsziele/KPIs zu übertreffen und Konversionsraten zu maximieren.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Ziele erreicht werden.
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an das Senior Management und Unterstützung des Sales Directors.
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger 1-zu-1-Gespräche mit Ihrem Team, um ihnen zu helfen, ihre Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Teamleistung.
Requirements

Anforderungen:

  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsmanagement in einem hochvolumigen Umfeld.
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamaufbau-Fähigkeiten.
  • Strategischer, analytischer Ansatz.
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau.
