Tasks

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Director of our Consulting Practice, we seek a colleague with an entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for our consulting solutions. Someone who fosters a culture of inclusivity and innovation, both within our team and in our client interactions.

Business Development

  • Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) and sales presentations. Your ability in clearly expressing value propositions and showcasing persuasive solutions is crucial for driving business growth.

Culture Transformation & Leadership Development

  • Design and implement client solutions that support their organizational transformations, focusing on people and culture. Jointly create initiatives for culture transformation and leadership that encourage significant cultural shifts, ensuring

alignment between organizational strategies and the intended cultural and behavioral changes.

Client Portfolio Leadership

  • Guide our associated partners and team in delivering high-quality, quantifiable results that consistently surpass client expectations. Proficiency with project management tools, such as Wrike, is highly desirable.

Thought Leadership

  • Stay ahead with the latest insights and trends, influencing our strategic direction and setting new standards in our industry with White Papers, Opt-In products, Webinars, and other content.

Culture & Team Development

  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive team environment that encourages personal growth and shines a light on our amazing team members and partners. Adhere to our well-defined people and culture playbooks.

Operational Excellence

  • Build and collaborate closely with our CEO, PMO Lead and Finance Manager to enhance our operations, aiming for efficiency and excellence in every aspect of our processes, workflows and systems.
Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Industry expertise

  • 8+ years of making true impact in management consulting. MUST: proven knowledge and experience in culture change, change management and leadership development.

Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build and grow a business. This includes taking calculated risks, showing resilience in the face of challenges, and a strong motivation to succeed.

Business development

  • Exceptional at driving growth, forging strong client relationships, and achieving (new) sales targets; consistently exceeding financial goals.

Strategic thinking

  • Ability to develop and articulate a clear vision for the consulting practice's direction and growth. This includes co-creating OKRs, identifying new market opportunities, and creating plans to achieve them.

    Leadership and team development

  • Proven people skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team of consultants and partners. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous learning, and innovation. Adhere to our purpose, mission, and core values.
