Das erwartet Sie
✓ Als Senior Relationship Manager (m/w/d) betreuen Sie ein Teilportfolio der Financial Institutions-Geschäftspartner der DZ BANK AG in Maghreb und Westafrika.
✓ Unter Einsatz Ihres bestehenden Netzwerks bauen Sie Geschäftsbeziehungen auf und aus – hierfür besuchen Sie Kunden und knüpfen Kontakte zum Identifizieren sowie Nachhalten von Geschäftsansätzen.
✓ Den Kontakt zum Senior Management der Kunden pflegen und entwickeln Sie weiter – die nachhaltige Ertragssteigerung und lokale regulatorische Auflagen haben Sie dabei stets im Fokus.
✓ Beim Diversifizieren und Ausbauen von Kundenbeziehungen binden Sie interne Schnittstellen mit ein und verantworten die 1st-Line-of-Defence-Compliance-Rolle für die Kunden des Teilportfolios.
✓ Sie erkennen und realisieren Cross-Selling-Potenziale unter Einbeziehung der entsprechenden Produkteinheiten, führen das Account-Planning durch und unterstützen beim Gestalten der jährlichen Regionalstrategie.
✓ Nicht zuletzt erarbeiten Sie kundenbezogene Engagement-Strategien, wirken an der Risikofrüherkennung mit und übernehmen Verantwortung für strategische und/oder vertriebliche (Teil-)Projekte.


Das bringen Sie mit
✓ Eine bankfachliche Ausbildung, ergänzt um ein erfolgreiches Studium der Betriebswirtschaft o. Ä sowie um einschlägige Berufspraxis im internationalen Vertriebsumfeld
✓ Ein ebenso breites wie aktives Netzwerk im Financial Institutions-Umfeld in den genannten Regionen sowie umfassendes Wissenüber die dortigen aktuellen wirtschaftlichen, politischen und gesellschaftlichen Entwicklungen
✓ Fundierte Produktkenntnisse im kommerziellen Außenhandels- und Korrespondenzgeschäft sowie Expertise in Kapitalmarkt-, Transaction Banking- und Risikomanagementprodukten
✓ Bestens vertraut mit dem Markt, der Branche und den Regularien der Kundengruppe – von Vorteil: sehr gute Kenntnisse in Compliance-Anforderungen in der 1st-Line-of-Defence-Rolle sowie in produkt- und kundenbezogenen Besonderheiten
✓ Versiert in MS Office (vor allem Word, Excel, PowerPoint) sowie sicheres Englisch und Französisch, Arabisch wäre wünschenswert
