At MVPF Venture Studio, MVPFVS, we partner with exceptional Founders to build and scale market leading companies. Together with DB Schenker, we launched the Schenker Venture Studio to turn unique ideas into the next generation of industry disrupting companies in the logistics space.MVPF VS is seeking a Tech Co-Founder (f/m/x) to build a venture in the Logistics Insurtech sector. As the Tech Co-Founder, you'll have the opportunity to shape and redesign the European fleet insurance landscape. In the role you will...In the first 2-3 months, you'll work with us as a "Entrepreneur In Residence" on a pre-validated business. If, together, we validate the business model and are mutually excited it, a pre-seed of 300,000 will be provided towards YOUR company.As the CPO/CTO Co-Founder, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of the company and building the company from scratch i.e. set up all operations, hiring and leading a kick-ass team and developing the business activities.As the Co-Founder, the business is your responsibility and you hold most of the venture equity, owning the brand, product, team, strategy, etc - you want it, you build it, you run it.Your profile5+ years experience in a senior leadership role such as Head/Director of Product, Chief Product Officer (CPO), or Chief Technology Officer (CTO), building and leading product and/or engineering teams in a fast paced start-up environment.Have an entrepreneurial spirit with a high level of drive and an ambitious work ethic. Passion for achieving success is essentialDeep expertise in data engineering, data science, data security, privacy, and DevOps.
