Position Overview
We are seeking a Co-Founder with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for logistics, aimed at building a sustainable and successful enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess the courage to dissect challenges, analyze situations, and the ambition to create something enduring. We welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences; thus, we are not confined to specific profiles. Experience in entrepreneurship, consulting, or managing business units is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with the inherent chaos and unpredictability of establishing a company.
- Collaborate transparently with decision-makers and experts throughout the company-building journey.
- Maintain continuous access to our investment managers for support, guidance, and constructive feedback from an investor's viewpoint.
- Collaborate with the investment team on industry hypotheses and participate in exchanges with functional experts.
- Conduct essential activities such as early validation, user research, and interviews.
- Participate in the ideation process, including creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), securing funding, and recruiting top talent.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive experience and profound knowledge in Supply Chain Logistics and the implementation of logistics automation/digitalization.
- Unique insights into the logistics sector, gained through significant industry experience in consulting or roles within traditional logistics companies, which will provide a competitive edge for your venture.
- Proven track record in a senior operational capacity within a rapidly growing startup or scale-up, with a focus on logistics and/or procurement.
- Resilience to persist and overcome challenges.
- Comfort in a flexible, dynamic, and uncertain environment.
- An intrinsic motivation and drive that inspires both yourself and others to embark on this journey.
