About the Role
We are in search of a Co-Founder who embodies an entrepreneurial spirit and possesses a deep-seated passion for logistics. This individual should have the courage to dissect challenges, analyze them thoroughly, and the ambition to construct a lasting enterprise. We welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences; thus, we are not confined to specific profiles. Experience in launching businesses, consulting, or managing operational units is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage fully with the dynamic and unpredictable nature of establishing a company.
- Collaborate transparently with decision-makers and experts throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
- Maintain continuous access to our investment managers for guidance and constructive feedback from an investor's viewpoint.
- Collaborate with the investment team to explore industry hypotheses and engage with functional experts.
- Participate in critical activities such as early-stage validation, user research, and conducting interviews.
- Contribute to the ideation process, including developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), securing funding, and recruiting top-tier talent.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive experience and profound knowledge in Supply Chain Logistics and the implementation of logistics automation/digitalization.
- Unique insights into the logistics sector, potentially gained through significant industry experience in consulting or roles within established logistics companies, which will provide a competitive edge for your venture.
- Proven track record in a senior operational capacity within a rapidly growing startup or scale-up, particularly with a focus on logistics and/or procurement.
- Resilience and determination to overcome challenges and persist through obstacles.
- Comfort in a flexible, highly dynamic, and uncertain environment.
- An intrinsic motivation and drive that inspires both yourself and others on this journey.
