Ihre Hauptaufgaben

  • Durchführung und Koordination der Kundenanbindung
  • Zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für interne und externe Prozessbeteiligte
  • Identifikation von Problemen, Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotentialen
  • Sicherstellung der zielorientierten Leistungsausführung
  • Umsetzung der Prozessziele
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten
  • Permanente Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse
Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Branchenspezifische Zusatzqualifikation/ Fortbildung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kommunikationsskills
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen u.ä.
