Werde Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte. Wir suchen Dich als Project Manager Construction Sourcing (m/w/d), um gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft zu gestalten.


DEIN AUFGABENFELD:


  • Vertragsgestaltung: Verantwortung für Preisverhandlungen und Verträge mit Baupartnern im Construction-Bereich. Implementierung der Verhandlungsergebnisse.
  • Lieferantenstrategie: Entwicklung und Optimierung von Lieferantenstrategien für ein wettbewerbsfähiges Portfolio.
  • Lieferantenmanagement: Kontinuierliches Management zur Sicherstellung von Wachstum und Zusammenarbeit.
  • Vertragsmanagement: Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Verwaltung von Verträgen. Zusammenarbeit mit Legal, Finance und Global Sourcing.
  • Marktanalyse: Screening und Analyse von nationalen und internationalen Construction-Partnern.
  • Performance-Standards: Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Standards für die Lieferantenauswahl.
  • Operative Zusammenarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Schnittstellen zur Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung von Partnerunternehmen.
  • Onboarding: Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Onboardings neuer Baupartner in Prozesse und Tools.


WEN SUCHEN WIR?


  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen im Zusammenspiel mit Partnern idealerweise in der Telekommunikations-/ Infrastrukturbranche oder auch in anderen Beschaffungsindustrien, wie z.B. der Automobilbranche
  • Sehr gute Strukturierung, Auffassung für Details und analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Solide Kenntnisse aller gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
