Deine Herausforderung

  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Vertriebsteam entwickelst du eine klare Wachstumsstrategie für den DACH-Markt und setzt diese um
  • Du übersetzt die strategischen Ziele in konkrete Vertriebspläne und Budgets und motivierst das Team, diese Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du führst ein engagiertes Team von 4 Außendienstmitarbeitern und 6 Vertriebsinnendienstlern und arbeitest mit ihnen an deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Durch Optimierung und Implementierung unseres Vertriebsprozesses trägst du maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei
  • Du entwickelst inspirierende Verkaufsstrategien und fungierst als Mentor und Motivator für das Team, um unsere ehrgeizigen Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du rapportierst direkt an den CEO der Asian Food Group


Wichtige Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Führungsverantwortung
  • Entwicklung des Mainstream-Geschäfts
  • Betreuung von Key Accounts
  • Steuerung von Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen und Marktentwicklung
  • Begleitung des Angebotsprozesses
  • Entwicklung von Verkaufs- und Promotionsstrategien und deren Verknüpfung mit KPIs
  • Überwachung von Preis- und Marktentwicklungen
  • Erstellung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Prognosen
  • Initiierung von Verbesserungsprozessen und Optimierung der Arbeitsweise
  • Förderung eines Teamgeistes und Zusammenhalts im Unternehmen


Was bringst du mit:

Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, bist kommunikationsstark, unternehmerisch und entschlossen. Du lässt dich nicht leicht entmutigen und strebst stets nach den bestmöglichen Ergebnissen. Zudem verfügst du über Interesse und Erfahrung im FMCG-Bereich.


Checkliste:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium
  • Fließendes Deutsch (C1/C2) in Wort und Schrift. Zusätzlich ist Englisch erforderlich
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im FMCG-Bereich, Vertrieb an Mainstream-Einzelhändler
  • Fähigkeit zur professionellen Kommunikation
  • Eigeninitiative; Wir suchen jemanden, der Orientierung und Anleitung gibt
  • Teamplayer; Wir schätzen Teamarbeit und gegenseitige Unterstützung
