What will beyour role & missions

As our Chief ProductOfficer, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future ofprivate 5G solutions. You will lead the product strategy,management, and product marketing, ensuring our offerings are notonly at the cutting edge of technology but also address theevolving needs of our clients. Your expertise in IT, combined withyour profound knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies, servers, andcloud infrastructure, will be instrumental in building andmaintaining a product portfolio that stands out for its simplicity,efficiency, and innovation. You must have a great understanding ofbusiness challenges as well, business models and pricingmethodologies.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Developand implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with thecompany’s vision, market trends, and customerneeds.
  2. Lead the product management team inidentifying new product opportunities, defining productrequirements, and bringing innovative products tomarket.
  3. Manage a team of product directors,managers, and designers.
  4. Work closely with theR&D, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product solutionsare feasible, scalable, and meet customerexpectations.
  5. Foster a culture of innovationwithin the team, encouraging creative solutions to technicalchallenges.
  6. Engage with customers and industrystakeholders to gather insights, strengthen relationships, andmaintain a deep understanding of the marketlandscape.
  7. Ensure products are simple to buy,deploy, and manage, providing an outstanding customerexperience.
  8. Monitor and analyze productperformance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhanceproduct offerings continually.
  9. Manage ourterminal partnerships to build an ecosystem of industrial 5Gdevices and robots that match our customers'needs.
  10. Represent the company at industryevents, conferences, and in the media, serving as a thought leaderin private 5G solutions.
About you –what we are looking for
  1. Provenexperience as a Chief Product Officer or similar leadership role inthe technology sector, with a strong background in IT, 4G/5Gtechnologies, servers, and cloud infrastructure, but also a strongunderstanding of business-relatedchallenges.
  2. Demonstrated success in developingand executing product strategies that have significantly impactedthe market.
  3. Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills, with the ability to inspire and driveinnovation.
  4. Strong analytical andproblem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decisionmaking.
  5. Outstanding communication andinterpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a rangeof stakeholders and lead a team with benevolence, openness, andpragmatism.
  6. Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Engineering, or a related field; MBA would be aplus.
  7. Fluent inEnglish; French is aplus.

Ideally, we would rather hiresomeone who has already a similar experience of a few years in thisfield either through another startup or someone who can help usaccelerate right away.
