**About the opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced **Chief Product Officer** who will elevate our FinTech products to the next level. You will receive the unique opportunity to have a direct impact in a high-growth startup, by defining our product strategy, building and managing the team, as well as driving the product roadmap.

Kadmos is going to become EMI-regulated in a number of jurisdictions, and that means we will be building financial/payments infrastructure in-house. For that, we need an absolute star of a fintech **CPO** who will elevate our products to absolute new levels for our users. Join us and become part of our journey to empower the lives of millions

**What you can expect**:

- Define product strategy for Kadmos, in alignment with the company's overall vision and goals
- Drive product vision and strategy, identify opportunities and trends, and influence stakeholders to align with the product vision
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers and designers to deliver innovative and high-quality products
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product development and growth
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development decisions
- Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback and market research to improve the product

**Your profile**:

- 10+ years of experience in fintech or payments in product roles with 5+ in senior leadership roles
- Previous experience being a CPO/ultimate owner of product in a fintech/software company
- Track-record of leading teams of product owners/managers with different seniority levels
- Expertise building fintech/payments infrastructure from scratch
- Track-record of delivery and successful launches of large/complex products
- Previous experience working in a regulated financial services provider
- Strong understanding of fintech regulations and trends
- Track-record in coaching/mentoring underperforming team members
- Experience leading and mentoring product designers
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Economics)
