Location: Germanyor remote/hybrid

Our client is a pioneer in thedata and analytics landscape and we are searching for a visionaryand accomplished Chief Product Officer (CPO) to shape their productstrategy and spearhead groundbreaking innovations. Withresponsibility for developing and managing the product managementand engineering teams, you will be the architect of our client’sproduct journey, leading the entire lifecycle from conception toglobal launch. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure their offeringsperfectly align with market trends, exceed customer expectations,and propel the company’s long-term vision.

KeyResponsibilities:
  1. Shape theFuture of Data &Analytics:
  2. Craft aCommanding Product Strategy: Develop a comprehensiveproduct strategy that fuels the company’sgrowth.
  3. Conduct in-depth market research, gaincustomer insights and competitor analysis to identify emergingtrends and untapped opportunities. Leveraging your expertise,translate these insights into a clear and actionable roadmap,prioritizing initiatives that deliver maximum customer value andpropel the company’s marketleadership.
  4. Champion Customer-CentricInnovation: Become the champion of a customer-centricapproach. Prioritize user feedback throughout the developmentprocess to continuously optimize product experiences and ensuresolutions addressing real-world customerchallenges.
  5. Collaborate closely with marketingand sales teams to understand customer needs and translate theminto winning product features.
  6. DeliverFlawless Products, On Time & On Budget: Lead theend-to-end product development process, fostering a culture ofexcellence and high-performance. Oversee the creation of top-notchproducts that meet stringent quality standards and deliverexceptional value. Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, fosteringeffective collaboration across engineering, design, and all productdevelopment teams.
  7. Build and Empower aHigh-Caliber Team: Assemble and lead a high-performingproduct management and engineering team, fostering a collaborativeand innovative environment. Provide mentorship and growthopportunities, empowering your team to excel and deliverindustry-leading solutions.
  8. EstablishRobust Quality Assurance: Implement robust qualityassurance processes to ensure products consistently meet thehighest industry standards and exceed customerexpectations.
CandidateRequirements:
  1. Proven CPO or executivelevel of Product and Engineering experience in an international,high-growth technology company, with a track record of drivingsuccessful product launches and achieving significant market sharegains.
  2. Strong technical acumen and acomprehensive knowledge of the database and analytics softwarelandscape.
  3. Unwavering excitement for AI and allthe possibilities entailed in all facets of the product towardsbecoming a leading AI data solution.
  4. Deepunderstanding of product development lifecycles and best practicesin the analytics and database sector, with a focus on agilemethodologies and user-centered design principles, leveraginglatest AI support for softwaredevelopment.
  5. Exceptional leadership,communication, and people management skills. The ability toinspire, motivate, and build a high-performing product team iscrucial.
  6. A strategic mindset with the abilityto translate vision into clear, actionable plans and a roadmap forachieving them.
  7. A passion for innovation and arelentless drive to push the boundaries of data and analyticssolutions.
  8. Is based in Germany, or willing towork in a remote/hybridcapacity.
