VP Sales -Europe Head (Einfochips)

POSITIONSUMMARY


This position isfocused on growing the Engineering R&D (ER&D) / ProductEngineering Services (PES) business in Europe, selling toFortune500 customers within the definedterritory.

  • Head sales and establisheinfochips business/brand inEurope.
  • Entrepreneurialmindset is necessary.
  • Leverage the strongpresence of Arrow brand in Europe and collaborate with the local& global teams.
  • Must come from Engineeringservices background.
  • Should have handledEmbedded, Semi and/or Digital Engineering Servicesareas.

Experience inselling Embedded, Digital, and Silicon Engineering service andstructuring large value deals isessential.


The ideal candidate shouldhave direct and first-hand experienceof:

  • hunting for net newaccounts
  • nurturing C-Suiterelationships
  • crafting largevalue multi-yeardeals
  • experience in buildingand managing a direct salesteam.

Directexperience and a good understanding of the sales process as well ascollaborating with a globally distributed engineering deliveryorganization and solutions team is also a critical requirement ofthis role.


ROLE &RESPONSIBILITIES


  • SellER&D services in Europe
    • Pro-active analysisof Digital Engineering and Embeddedopportunities in the target business lines and identifyingpotential customers within the accountbase.
    • Develop and present the eInfochips valuepropositions - in Embedded, Hardware, Software, IOT,Mobility, AI/ML, Analytics, Cloud Operations and ASICengineering to the potentialcustomers.
    • Understanding of Customer digitaltransformation and industry technologytrends.
    • Hunt/prospect net new largeenterprise customers across Europe. LeverageArrow's executive relationships with largecustomers.
    • Existing relationships as well asthe ability to engage and develop meaningful relationships withinthe C-suite and SVP / VPs is critical to thisrole.
    • Leverage existing relationships whilecollaborating with other divisions within Arrow Electronics toprovide comprehensive solutions to the customerbase.
    • Individual must have a solution mindset -addressing customers' pain-points while structuring large value /multi-year engagements.
    • Achieve monthly,quarterly and annual sales targets.
    • Achieveprospecting and other sales process goals designed to build anoptimal sales pipeline.
    • Collaborate with local& global Sales team to drive business with the Captive centersof definedcustomers.
