Manager (m/f/d) Technical Training
Tasks:Development, planning and implementation of training programmes for partners, customers and internal staff, specifically geared to our products and technologiesDesigning training materials and methods, including e-learning platforms and classroom training, to provide an in-depth understanding of our productsEnsuring the continuous development of training content in line with the changing requirements of the company and the marketManagement of a team of trainers and technical training specialistsLiaise with various departments including product development, sales and marketing to identify and address training needsEvaluation of the effectiveness of training programmes and implementation of improvement measuresCarrying out technical training coursesLocation: Aachen (Germany) or Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium)
Qualifications and skills:
Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in the development and implementation of technical training programmes, ideally in a technology-oriented companyExperience in managing teams and projects in the field of technical trainingExcellent communication and presentation skills in German and EnglishAnalytical thinking and strategic planning skillsHigh customer orientation and ability to work in a team
