Das Angebot – Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung und Steuerung von Projekten im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld eines produzierenden Unternehmens der Beleuchtungsindustrie
  • Identifizierung und Bewertung der spezifischen Anforderungen gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen sowie erfolgreiche Entwicklung von Konzepten und Implementierung dieser Projekte
  • Ausarbeiten von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Wettbewerbsvorteilen im Rahmen der Strategie, Roadmap und Systemarchitektur durch Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung bestehender Prozesse
  • Erstellen neuer Richtlinien und Implementierung neuer IT-Strukturen u. a. für die Bereiche Sales, Administration, Produktion und Logistik, R & D und Data Management
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Übernahme der Schulung der Anwender:innen
  • Einbringen innovativer Idee und Sichten neuer Technologietrends
Gute Voraussetzungen – Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Elektronik, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau IT-System-Management, IT-System-Elektroniker:in, Fachinformatiker:in (m/w/d) o. ä.
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im ERP-Umfeld eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Idealerweise Praxiskenntnisse von Windows-Servern, Datenbanken und IT-Netzwerken
  • Einen sehr guten Überblick über Prozesse und Datenstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
