Im Zuge unseres Wachstums suchen wir Verstärkung in der Knauf Interfer Gruppe.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- In der Rolle des globalen Business Process Owners sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung und Fachbereiche für alle Geschäfts
- und Unterstützungs-Prozesse in der Business Unit Stahl
- Gemeinsam mit den Bedarfsträgern der Fachabteilungen zeichnen Sie sich verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Optimierung, Digitalisierung der Prozesslandschaft sowie die Einhaltung der unternehmensweiten Prozess Governance
- Sie führen die Business Process Owner disziplinarisch und sind dem Business Unit Management direkt unterstellt
- Sie beraten und unterstützen die Business Process Owner bei der Einführung von neuen Prozessen sowie Prozessveränderungen
- Als zentraler Prozesskoordinator für alle Geschäftsprozesse bilden Sie die Schnittstelle zur zentralen IT und dem externen Application Management, um Prozessoptimierungen abzustimmen und systemseitig umzusetzen
- Sie koordinieren die Durchführung von systemischen Tests von geänderten Prozessen gemeinsam mit dem IT Business Partner
- Sie verantworten die Vollständigkeit und Aktualität der Prozessdokumentation in unseren zentralen Systemen und nehmen eine wichtige Rolle u.a. für Zertifizierungen unserer Geschäftsaktivitäten im IATF Umfeld wahr
- Für die kurzfristig anstehende Einführung einer neuen ERP Lösung sind Sie ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor, um die Prozesslandschaft für die nächsten 10-15 Jahre mit zu gestalten

Ihr Profil:

- Sie besitzen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Process Engineering idealerweise mit internationaler Ausrichtung oder relevanter Ausbildung
- Darauf aufbauend verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Process Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie bringen nachweisbare relevante Industrieerfahrung im Bereich der Automobilbranche oder einem vergleichbaren Branchenumfeld mit
- Sie besitzen ein fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der Prozessmodellierung (BPMN) bzw. des Business Process Engineering
- Six Sigma, Lean Management, die Arten des Muda sowie die Prinzipien effizienter Produktionsabläufe sind für Sie Routine und Sie beherrschen die entsprechenden Tools in der praxistauglichen Anwendung
- Ein souveränes Auftreten sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind zwingende Voraussetzung für diese Rolle
- Umfangreiche analytische Fähigkeiten, daten
- und faktenbasiertes sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln zeichnet Sie aus
- Hohe Belastbarkeit und Stressresistenz
