Morgan Latif are currently retained by market leading multinational organisation that designs and manufactures equipment for consumer and industrial sealants, adhesives and coatings.
We are currently searching for a Head/Leader of Global Product Managment who will be focused on creating new strategies for the product go-to-market launches, as well as being heavily involved in product ideation and innovation owning the full life cycle from ideation, development through to the launching.
As such, core responsibilities will be, but limited to:
- Development, definition and implementation of the global product strategy for existing products and management of end of product life.
- Creation and continually develop a product category roadmap.
- Support the continuous optimisation of the product portfolio as well as ensuring market penetration.
- Manage costs and increase profitability of all assigned product categories.
- Evaluation of market and competition data and their implementation in the global product strategy.
- Leadership experience is not required , although welcomed.
The position will have a clear roadmap to career progression within the company. The marketing of new products will be vital in this role, therefore demonstrable experience in utilising the four key components of marketing will be crucial. Along with demonstrable experience in marketing, strong leadership qualities will also play a vital role to overall success.
Qualifications:
Required
- Minimum 5 years Product Management experience.
- Demonstrable experience in Go-To-Market strategy creation and execution.
- Track record of metric achievement and over performance.
- Written and verbal fluency in German and English.
Desirable
- Degree in an Electronical or Industrial/Manufacturing field.
- Based in the North of Germany.
Travel: On-site in North-Rhine Westphalia 1 - 3 times pcm.
