Senior Life Science Recruitment Manager

DNA Life Sciences has partnered with an innovative company in the Life Sciences and MedTech sector, which is poised for significant growth. To support this expansion, they are seeking a dedicated Life Sciences-focused recruiter to join their team and help drive their ambitious hiring plans.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating recruitment processes using an applicant tracking system.
- Managing entire sourcing and recruiting processes with all candidates.
- Providing proactive support to executives for rapid position filling.
- Job clarification and analysis of position requirements.
- Formulating, creating, and publishing job advertisements.
- Determining recruiting activities by region and requirement profile.
- Participating in cross-departmental projects in employer branding.
- Autonomously handling administrative tasks.
Your Profile:
- Pharmaceutical recruitment experience (Must have)
- Ideally 2-5 years of professional experience in recruiting and employer branding.
- Appreciative and empathetic communication for a positive candidate experience.
- High organizational skills and excellent writing skills for tailored job advertisements.
- Very good English skills are required due to the internationality of the company.
