About theTeam
At Nutanix, you would beleading the Public Sector Sales Team Germany, comprising 6 salesrepresentatives spread across different locations in Germany. Theteam fosters a culture of collaboration, support, and camaraderie,creating a positive and motivating workenvironment.
You will report to our Sales Leaderfor Central-Europe, who provides guidance, support, and mentorshipto help you excel in your role. The work setup at Nutanix ishybrid, allowing flexibility for remote work while also emphasizingthe importance of face-to-face interactions. Employees are notrequired to be in the office every day but are encouraged to visitcustomers and partners when needed.
As a memberof the Public Sector Sales Team, you can expect to travel up to 40%of the time to meet with clients, attend conferences, andparticipate in networking events, enabling you to build strongrelationships and drive businessgrowth.
YourRole
- Lead and manage ateam of Field Account Managers in selling Nutanix's products andsolutions in the Public Sector
- Set and achievequarterly revenue goals, aligning with companyaspirations
- Develop and maintain a strategy andbusiness plan for the team
- Engage withexecutive-level customers in the market
- Leadtop deal reviews and manage the salesprocess
- Identify, develop, and retain talentedindividuals in the team
- Continuously educateoneself to upskill and stay informed about leadership, industry,and competition
- Promote and uphold Nutanix'svalues of Hungry, Humble andHonest.
WhatYou Will Bring
- Previoussales leadership experience of 10+people
- Experience managing cross-functionalteams
- 5+ years in software or cloud salesleadership positions
- 5+ years in salesmanagement focused on public sectorvertical
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent workexperience
- Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
- Ability to develop andretain talented individuals
- Continuous learningand upskilling
