VP Delivery, Head of Delivery Segment

As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us in a position of VP Delivery for Digital Business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one's areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The role's objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth. Apart of working closely with Intellias Leadership Team on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth.The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).Requirements:MSc or PhD Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or another engineering area; additional business education (e.g. MBA or similar) would be an advantage10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees)Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievementsStrong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project managementDeep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantageIn-depth understanding of Digital business as well as it's IT landscape and trendsVisionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presenceProfound experience with strategic planning and execution"Getting things done" attitude, proactivity and assertiveness in achieving the goals; ready for an extra mileProfound understanding of large IT outsourcing company organization (governance, processes, org. structure, financial management, etc.)Good understanding and experience with biz-dev (S&M, AM) in the service business.
