Applikationsspezialist DACH (m/w/d)

  • Wissenschaftlicher und applikativer Support von Kunden, Verkaufsaußendienst und der Service-Techniker in Ihrem Gebiet
  • Geräteinstallationen in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Abteilung
  • Vor-Ort-Validierung von Geräten und Assays
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Produkt-Trainings und Einarbeitungen
  • Unterstützung der Kunden bei der Konfiguration der firmeneigenen Software und Einbindung in die vorhanden Netzwerkstruktur
  • Analyse und Lösung von Problemen beim Kunden (Laborumgebung, 1st und 2nd Level Anwendungssupport)
  • Beitrag zum Kundenbeziehungsmanagement, Verstehen der Kundenbedürfnisse, Festlegen angemessener Produkt- und Leistungserwartungen und Sammeln von Marktinformationen über die Konkurrenz und neue Verkaufsmöglichkeiten
  • Bereitstellung von Feedback für Produktmarketing, Wissenschaft, Technik, F&E, QM und andere Teams innerhalb des Unternehmens, um die genaue Vermarktung/Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte zu unterstützen
  • Gelegentliche Teilnahme an Konferenzen, Messen, Seminaren, Tagungen und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen
Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder medizintechnische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung mit Elektrophorese- und ELISA Techniken
  • Fließend Französisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift. Englisch wünschenswert.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und versierte IT-Kenntnisse
