Durch die Entwicklung und Implementierung einer zukunftsorientierten Talent Acquisition- sowie Employer Branding Strategie entwickelst du den Bereich maßgeblich weiter und sorgst somit für die Stärkung unserer Arbeitgebermarke sowie die bestmögliche Gewinnung von neuen Talenten für die bilstein group.
