About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Manager Talent Acquisition to join our team at the bilstein group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts and developing strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of six professionals, focusing on the development and growth of team members.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a forward-thinking strategy to acquire the best talent in the market.
  • Employer Branding: Oversee the strategic direction of our employer branding efforts to create a compelling and attractive employer brand.
  • Technology and Trends: Implement modern talent acquisition and employer branding technologies based on current market trends.
  • Partnerships and Events: Establish and maintain partnerships with external service providers and educational institutions, as well as represent the company at recruiting events and career fairs.
  • Consulting and Analysis: Support senior management in talent acquisition and employer branding matters, as well as create regular evaluations to ensure high-quality recruiting.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and/or employer branding, with a proven track record of developing talent acquisition and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in team leadership and a good understanding of human behavior and needs.
  • Significant autonomy in shaping the future of the talent acquisition department.
