Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role:

dormakaba is a leading global provider of innovative access solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. This role will play a pivotal part in driving the organization's growth and success by strategically sourcing and onboarding top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates and build talent pipelines.
  • Partner with internal clients to maintain a deep understanding of current and future talent needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and manage the recruiting process end-to-end for various roles, collaborating with Talent Sourcing Specialists and Talent Acquisition Coordinators as needed.
  • Ensure a world-class candidate and hiring manager experience by driving the process and communication between all relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of global talent acquisition processes and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruiter role.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills with ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Team player with ability to build relationships in a remote setup.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate or high-volume staffing setting.
  • Industry recruiting experience.
  • Experience balancing a diverse requisition load, including technical roles.
  • Proficiency in using talent attraction methods and tools, such as job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems.
