  • Work withyour team of SCs to demonstrate relevance to customers, focusing ongreat discovery and understanding of their business andrequirements.
  • Develop team members according tothe demands of the business and their individual professionalgoals.
  • Ensure continuous and regular feedbackto team members through direct observation and peerfeedback.
  • Work with Customer Workflow andregional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consultingefforts.
  • Jointly drive marketing and partnerstrategy and execution for Customer Workflow business in assignedterritories.
  • Support collaboration andinnovation engagements with the Customer Workflow productorganization.
  • Develop and maintain a recruitingpipeline of potential SC candidates.
  • Manageday-to-day activities such as resource alignment and effectiveutilization ofskills.

To besuccessful in this role youhave:

  • Experienceworking in a fast-growing SaaS environment ideally with somebackground related to improving customerexperiences.
  • A thorough understanding of theSaaS Market space and PaaS basedsolutions.
  • Experience in presales roles andmanaging presales teams.
  • Understanding andpractice in coaching, mentoring, and performancemanagement.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire agrowing team of Presales SolutionsConsultants.
  • Ability to self-motivate andpossess good communication skills.
  • Experiencein Value Based Selling or SolutionSelling.
  • Fluency in German andEnglish.
  • Able to work from our office in Munichperiodically.
