- Own yourbusiness and drive growth and collaboration todo impactful people and customer work. Bring ideas, be engaged andself-motivated to drive change and adoption whereneeded.
- Work with your team of SCs to get greatin demonstrating relevance to customers, with a focus on greatdiscovery and understanding of the customers’ business and theirrequirements. Be close enough to help the team deliver the highestquality presentations and demonstrations focused on relevance andvalue based on what we know about the customers challenges andbusiness. Storytelling is key.
- Develop teammembers according to the demands of the business and according totheir individual professional goals. Support the team to prioritisetheir workload and efforts for sales opportunities and bestpractice collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensurecontinuous and regular feedback to the team members through directobservation, peer and sales feedback.
- Work withCustomer Workflow and regional sales managers to prioritizeSolution Consulting efforts. Collaborate closely with Field SCManagers on priorities and alignment on efforts andinvestments.
- Jointly drive marketing andpartner strategy and execution for Customer Workflow business anddemand generation in assigned territories also leveraging teamsskills and expertise.
- Support collaboration andinnovation engagements with Customer Workflow product organizationto feedback customer insights for future productdevelopments.
- Develop and maintain a recruitingpipeline of potential SC candidates to meet future businessdemands.
- Manage day-to-day activities such asresource alignment, effective utilization of skills, administrativetasks andreporting.
Tobe successful in this role youhave:
- Experienceworking in a fast-growing SaaS environment ideally with somebackground related to improving customer experiences (CcaaS, CRM,CX, Process automation).
- A thoroughunderstanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS basedsolutions and a broad understanding of Service Managementpractices.
- Experience in presales roles andmanaging presales teams. Bonus if experience is within a specialistpresales team.
- Understanding and practice incoaching, mentoring and performance management of individualcontributors with a people firstapproach.
- Ability to motivate and inspire agrowing team of Presales SolutionsConsultants.
- Ability to self-motivate and goodcommunication skills.
- Experience in Value BasedSelling or Solution Selling.
- Fluency in Germanand English.
- Able to work from our office inMunich periodically.
